As part of this collaboration, TECOF is proud to support NLU Meghalaya’s National Moot Court Competition, 2024. This prestigious event will provide a platform for students to engage in rigorous legal debates and develop their advocacy skills by tackling complex issues at the intersection of technology and law. Beyond the moot court competition, our collaboration with NLU Meghalaya aims to build capacity among citizens in the North-Eastern Zone in areas related to technology and law. This initiative seeks to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and address the legal implications of emerging technologies. By conducting workshops, seminars, and training programs, we strive to enhance legal literacy and foster a deeper understanding of technology law among the community.
NLU Meghalaya, one of the newest National Law Schools in India, is strategically located in the serene and picturesque city of Shillong. Despite its recent establishment, the university is quickly emerging as an epicenter for cutting-edge research in technology law.
